Talent Analyst & Recruitment Specialist (Hybrid)

About the Role

Blaze is seeking a hybrid Talent Analyst & Recruitment Specialist to support its growing talent pipeline. This role is crucial for bridging human interaction with operational data accuracy, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

On-Demand Recruitment Support

• Sourcing Support: Identify high-potential candidates on LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Interview Coordination: Manage interview logistics and scheduling with Hiring Managers.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), manage candidate communication, and ensure timely follow-ups and rejections.

Onboarding Execution & Candidate Experience

• First Impressions: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and new hires, ensuring a positive and energetic experience.
• Onboarding Logistics: Prepare and distribute Welcome Kits, and coordinate necessary equipment and setup for new joiners.

Data Entry & HR Operations

• Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and timely input of candidate and employee information into the HRIS.
• Ad-Hoc HR Support: Assist the broader HR team with administrative duties, reporting, and special projects.

Requirements

Language Proficiency

• Portuguese: Native or bilingual proficiency.
• English: Intermediate (written and spoken).

Experience & Tech Stack

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruiting Coordination, or a similar data-centric HR role.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms, HRIS data entry, and advanced LinkedIn sourcing.

• Ability to adapt quickly between detailed data entry and high-energy candidate interaction.
