Desch Digital has specialized exclusively in tax consulting firms for six years, helping owners and partners digitize their processes, acquire A-clients, and relieve their staff. Our program combines 1:1 consulting, a proprietary training platform, and close community support. We are a small, effective team in Hamburg dedicated to redefining tax advisory services daily.

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the central point of contact for our partner firms, guiding their owners through our programs, answering questions, and ensuring successful implementation.

• Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with partner firm owners to discuss current challenges and collaboratively develop solutions for their daily practice.
• Answer process-related questions, assist with practical implementation, and provide support when issues arise.
• Provide comprehensive advice on digitalization, positioning, and internal processes for tax consulting firms.
• Prepare meticulously for and follow up on appointments, ensuring all tasks are completed.
• Actively contribute to the further development of our consulting offerings.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree, or comparable qualification.
• Experience in or with tax consulting firms is advantageous but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training via our platform.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Very good German language skills.
