Produktmanager Zubehör (m/f/d)

As a Product Manager Accessories, you will be responsible for the independent realization of exterior and interior accessory products, ensuring the achievement of economic targets. You will steer the entire product development process – from technical definition and coordination with internal partners to final accessory release. This position is filled via temporary employment.

What Awaits You:

• Independent definition of technical properties and coordination with Purchasing, QMT, and series interfaces.
• Participation in determining quantity requirements.
• Support in pricing.
• Ensuring all business requirements, including the creation of profitability calculations.
• Steering and coordination of the entire product development process in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers.
• Utilization of all relevant special accessory and aftersales systems (RASTA, TPS, CMH, ETK, DZA, TSARA, etc.).
• Initiation, coordination, and release of installation and operating instructions, as well as product information.
• Independent accessory release.
• Timely initiation of initial sample release.
• Innovation, further development, and lifecycle management of products.
• Complete documentation of all relevant documents.
• Steering and support of process partners (Purchasing, Design, Development, Disposition, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Communication, Pricing).

What You Bring:

• Experience in the development of body parts.
• Sound project management experience.
• Independent, responsible working style.
• Negotiation-level English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and TF/TPS knowledge.
• Enjoyment of work, high motivation, and team orientation.
