Formlabs, a leader in 3D printing technology, is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance Team.

The Job:

Account Management & Collections:

• Ensure customer accounts are up-to-date, reconciled, and any disputes are resolved timely.
• Monitor overdue accounts, contact debtors, and follow up on payment arrangements.
• Respond to customer queries within agreed SLAs, managing the AR email inbox.
• Maintain accurate system records and document all interactions.
• Perform quarterly account reviews with channel sales managers.
• Identify delinquent customers and assist with month-end closing, including doubtful accounts analysis.

Transactions & Operations:

• Review and approve daily sales orders in accordance with policies and credit limits.
• Investigate and resolve on-hold orders due to credit issues or overdue invoices.
• Generate and issue manual invoices, ensuring timely distribution and portal uploads.
• Accurately record and apply customer payments.
• Process daily Return Authorizations (RAs).
• Raise credits and write off small differences as per policy.

Teamwork & Process Improvement:

• Perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with autonomy and accuracy.
• Collaborate across teams to support finance operations and build positive relationships.
• Support internal and external projects, evaluate policies, and contribute to process improvements.

You:

• Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and knowledge of billing/collection procedures.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or ticketing systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Jira, Stripe are major advantages).
• Self-starter attitude with high motivation and ability to work independently.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excited to find creative solutions to complex problems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Bonus:
