Join Bosch Car Multimedia as an Industrialization Engineer!

Bosch Car Multimedia is looking for a dedicated Industrialization Engineer to develop and implement cutting-edge industrialization processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the development and implementation of process and product industrialization.
• Define assembly concepts, product process flows, and optimize production line layouts.
• Develop and specify assembly equipment and engineering requirements for suppliers.
• Plan, build, and implement new production lines within multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and improve process performance indicators (OEE, FPY, FOR, IDC) for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.

Experience:

• Experience in industrialization, production, or manufacturing environments (preferably automotive).

Know-how:

• Knowledge of 2D and 3D design tools (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control).
• Familiarity with industrial processes, equipment specification, and production line setup.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools (nice to have).

Languages:

• Good command of English (spoken and written).
