About the Company

We are a mobility start-up in stealth mode, funded by top-tier VCs with 70+ employees and 12+ stores, and are currently building a new category in the vehicle inspection market. Our product has NPS scores above 90 and Google reviews between 4.8 and 5.0 stars – in a market where no one would have expected that.

This year we are tripling our revenue. For this, we need someone who drives the growth engine end-to-end – with real responsibility, real data, and real speed.

We are building a team that wants to win in a new category. For this, we need someone who can quickly assess people – not just on paper, but in conversation. Someone who reads a funnel just like a person.

You will work directly with the leadership team and be responsible for parts of the recruiting process end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Sourcing

  • You actively find candidates – via LinkedIn, networks, and creative channels. You know who you are looking for and don't give up until you find them.

Screening & Initial Contact

  • You conduct initial interviews, quickly identify who fits – professionally and personally – and communicate clearly and appreciatively.

Funnel Management & KPIs

  • You keep track: Where are we in each pipeline? Where are we losing candidates? You track, analyze, and provide a clear weekly update.

Coordination & Communication

  • You are the reliable interface between candidates and hiring managers – punctual, reliable, professional.

Process Improvement

  • You identify where the process is stalling and make suggestions. We implement them together.

Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C2) is a must. English at a professional level.
  • You have a good instinct for people – you quickly notice if someone really delivers or just talks well.
  • You communicate clearly and empathetically, in writing and verbally.
  • You are organized and reliable: No candidate falls through your net, no appointment is forgotten.
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone or cold-message someone.
  • You are available for at least 5 months.
