Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben):

• Setup, administration, and support of IT systems and networks.
• Assistance with the introduction of new hardware and software solutions.
• Systematic troubleshooting, independent analysis, and resolution of IT issues.
• Maintenance and optimization of the existing IT infrastructure.
• Support of servers, clients, and peripheral devices.
• User support in first and second-level support.
• Ensuring IT security and performing updates and backups.
• Documentation of IT processes and systems.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation):

• Completed apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration (m/f/d) or comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in the IT sector is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of network technology, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with server and client systems (e.g., Windows/Linux).
• Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection.
• Structured and independent way of working.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Enjoyment of problem-solving and analytical thinking.
