About the Role
Greenhouse is looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. - An Internal Advisor: Enjoys collaborating directly with revenue business leaders, using technical acumen to patiently cut through ambiguous requirements and lead with confident product recommendations.
- A Problem Solver: Motivated by challenges, loves finding the right solution for their team, and ships custom features that immediately solve user friction.
- An AI Enthusiast: Passionate about AI-assisted development, using tools like Claude Code to build useful tools for their team.

- Build, test, and maintain robust, production-grade data pipelines and automated integrations between core revenue engines like Salesforce and Gong.
- Partner directly with Customer Growth & Success (CGS) stakeholders across SDR, AE, AM, and CSM teams to translate their daily business pain points into an actionable engineering roadmap.
- Evaluate, refine, and operationalize LLM prompts, open-source AI frameworks, and third-party tools to optimize the validity and actionability of output data.
- Document foundational technical architecture decisions and write clear operational playbooks for easy maintenance of standalone systems by the broader team.
- Coordinate periodically with data engineering, security, and the Enterprise Apps team to ensure internal tooling integrates seamlessly with global corporate infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience in a dedicated Revenue Engineering role or a highly technical Revenue Operations capacity.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to build and extend applications for internal revenue and CGS teams (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor).
- Software development experience using a modern tech stack (e.g., Python, Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, React).
- Development and integration infrastructure experience within Salesforce.
- Practical application architecture experience utilizing lean backend-as-a-service (BaaS) and modern hosting platforms (e.g., Supabase, Firebase, AWS Amplify, Vercel, Railway, Render).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present clear technical software solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Deep technical familiarity or custom API integration experience with tools like Gong and/or Outreach (a plus).
- Prior professional experience in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS business model (a plus).
- Unique talents and perspectives are highly valued; if you don't meet 100% of the qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.
