About the Role

We are looking for a native Mandarin-speaking Community Manager for a specific project. This position is available across multiple locations and can be performed remotely. It is a fixed-term contract, expected to last approximately a couple of months. This is a full-time position, with required working hours based on the UK time zone.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reviewing all incoming community interactions on various social media platforms and communicating directly with players.
  • Responding to comments and player queries in a timely manner.
  • Creating engaging content for social media.
  • Assisting the developer by forwarding important information and issues handled with customers.
  • Helping foster and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for a game community.
  • Moderating discussions and comments according to set community guidelines.
  • Proactively suggesting new ways to grow and care for the community.
  • Creating and updating corresponding documentation and reports as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of Community Management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Chinese, native or near-native level.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Passionate about video games and social media.
  • Strong understanding and experience with different social media channels.
