As a Senior Program Manager - Sales Operations, you will own and lead the operations that drive revenue planning, forecasting, and sales execution at Fluxon. You will build the foundational frameworks, data infrastructure, and processes that make our go-to-market performance measurable, predictable, and scalable. This is a highly cross-functional, zero-to-one role within our Program Management team. You will operate as the central point of coordination between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment on revenue targets, pipeline visibility, and execution planning. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in ambiguity, building from scratch, and balancing strategic design with hands-on execution.
