SAP FI Consultant

They combine strong technical skills with entrepreneurial thinking to stay ahead in the retail sector. ### Job Description * Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules. * Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives. * Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements. * Identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions; proactively propose business process and/or system enhancements. * Document functional designs, test cases, and results. * Act as a liaison between business functions and the technical team. * Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. * Offer consulting services for both new implementations and existing support projects. * Work self-directed and independently; may mentor junior members. ### Requirements * B.S. in Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, or a related university degree. * **2+ years** of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects. * Experience with FI integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD). * Understanding of accounting business processes. * English Fluency (Full Professional Proficiency). * SAP technologies certifications, especially FICO modules, are a plus. * Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. * Time management skills and the ability to adjust priorities. * Knowledge of ABAP is an advantage. ### Benefits * Competitive compensation & benefits package. * Dynamic work environment. * Exciting opportunity to grow with the role. * Great experience in a well-known and respected growing business. * LinkedIn Learning account for continuous learning. * Flexible work-from-home options available.
