About the Role
Bisnow is seeking a dedicated Event Manager to join our London team. This role involves managing 30+ events each year across London, Amsterdam, Dublin, and Manchester, ensuring all operational aspects like venues, AV, catering, and rentals are secured well in advance. You will coordinate run-of-show documents and floor plans, serving as the operational backbone for our UK events.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a positive, cross-functional team to ensure seamless delivery of client-purchased inventory and successful execution of Bisnow events in the UK and Ireland (London, Birmingham, Dublin & Manchester).
- Confirm venues, AV, catering, and furniture rentals prior to the event, working effectively under tight deadlines.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and venue staff in our target markets.
- Manage event logistics including ordering/picking up name badges and signage, and setting up registration areas.
- Transport and set up all event signage and materials at the venue, ensuring safe removal post-event.
- Handle on-site ticket requests and payments using Bisnow’s Square account.
- Provide support for social media, marketing, and sales teams with event-related content (videos, photos, sponsor presentations).
- Ensure flawless execution of sales to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event sponsorship clients, working closely with Sales Executives and Client Success Managers.
- Monitor and manage all post-sale client deliverables, including obtaining necessary digital/event page collateral (photos, bios, logos, ad creative).
- Manage client preparation and sponsor experience leading up to each event, including confirming attendee lists, providing setup instructions, and gathering shipping details.

- Communicate client needs effectively to the ad delivery, event coordination, sales, production, and accounting teams.
- Continuously innovate our digital and event series, proposing fresh ideas to enhance attendee and client experiences.

What We're Looking For
- Preferred degree.
- 1-4 years of experience in events, account management, sales, marketing, or leadership.
- Highly organized and deadline-oriented.
- Adaptable and able to pivot quickly within day-to-day operations.
- Some experience with analytics and/or inventory management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-discipline, and an ambitious work ethic.
- Positive, energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills.
