The Sales Compensation team partners with Finance, Revenue Operations, HR, and GTM leaders to design, implement, and execute GTM compensation plans. Operating within the People & Places organization, we champion an environment aligned with Outreach values.
The Role: Senior Commission Analyst
As a Senior Commission Analyst, you will be responsible for the accurate, consistent, and timely execution of sales compensation plans and processes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate plan execution, identify efficiencies, support Xactly implementation, and undertake special projects. A strong understanding of compensation plan mechanics is essential for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company objectives. Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
- Administer sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely Xactly set-up, attainment reconciliations, and earning reviews.
- Identify operational issues and process improvements; collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions.
- Support accruals and ad hoc reporting.
- Respond to employee questions regarding commission and policies in a timely manner.
- Document assigned sales compensation processes.
- Assist with Xactly implementation and/or reporting development.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and provide back-up for other team members.
Our Vision of You:
- 3+ years of sales compensation experience.
- Xactly administration experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, modeling, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and supporting sales performance.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply compensation policies accurately and compliantly.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to partner effectively across departments and levels.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000.
