About the Role

The Health Services Manager is responsible for the quality of care and service within assigned divisions, championing a patient and family-centered model of care and fostering strong interdisciplinary collaboration. This is a hybrid role requiring one day in the office and four days remote.

What You'll Do

• Manage assigned Health Services staff, promoting a healthy work and learning environment.
• Ensure adequate training for new and existing staff.
• Maintain adequate staffing coverage and justify any changes in staffing levels.
• Hire, counsel, and manage staff performance.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff.
• Conduct timely annual performance reviews.
• Monitor expenses and budget compliance in collaboration with the VP and Director of Health Services.
• Justify necessary capital and operational expenses with leadership.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources in daily management.
• Support and operationalize the integrated model of care.
• Lead quality improvement projects to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in nursing research and support evidence-based pediatric nursing.
• Model a caring philosophy focused on health promotion and safety education.
• Champion age-appropriate developmental considerations and holistic patient care.
• Direct health services planning and policy-making through committee collaboration.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to work well with others, and regular attendance.
• Champion continuous improvement activities and mentor clinical staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring & How You Qualify

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Nursing or other field preferred.
• Current State of Florida RN License required; Compact license strongly preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of management experience preferred.
• Passion and commitment to reimagining pediatric healthcare and supporting children with special health care needs.

• Base salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
