About the Role
The Health Services Manager is responsible for the quality of care and service within assigned divisions, championing a patient and family-centered model of care and fostering strong interdisciplinary collaboration. This is a hybrid role requiring one day in the office and four days remote.
What You'll Do
- Manage assigned Health Services staff, promoting a healthy work and learning environment.
- Ensure adequate training for new and existing staff.
- Maintain adequate staffing coverage and justify any changes in staffing levels.
- Hire, counsel, and manage staff performance.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff.
- Conduct timely annual performance reviews.
- Monitor expenses and budget compliance in collaboration with the VP and Director of Health Services.
- Justify necessary capital and operational expenses with leadership.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources in daily management.
- Support and operationalize the integrated model of care.
- Lead quality improvement projects to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in nursing research and support evidence-based pediatric nursing.
- Model a caring philosophy focused on health promotion and safety education.
- Champion age-appropriate developmental considerations and holistic patient care.
- Direct health services planning and policy-making through committee collaboration.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to work well with others, and regular attendance.
- Champion continuous improvement activities and mentor clinical staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring & How You Qualify
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Nursing or other field preferred.
- Current State of Florida RN License required; Compact license strongly preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of management experience preferred.
- Passion and commitment to reimagining pediatric healthcare and supporting children with special health care needs.

- Base salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
