Your Next Challenge: Group FP&A Analyst

As a Group FP&A Analyst, you will be part of a small Group Finance team, reporting to the Group FP&A Manager. You will support global sales and operations teams, particularly in EMEA and APAC, driving performance through insightful management reporting and data management. A key focus will be on logistics savings and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly Reporting:
  • Identify, track, and analyze efficiency and cost-saving programs for EMEA and APAC regional operations (e.g., D2C fulfillment, shipping reductions).
  • Provide insights into global freight and duty costs.
  • Process Improvements:
  • Create and maintain robust tracking and reporting for logistics elements (warranty replacements, lost shipments, marketing, loan stock, returns) and work with regional teams to improve processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with the global BI team to enhance data quality and master data.
  • Work with the BI team on detailed report development and ensure reporting terminology consistency.
  • Provide transaction-level support to regional sales teams (e.g., marketing cost tracking, promo queries), acting as a finance business partner.
  • Run monthly regional P&Ls.
  • Support wider finance functions as needed.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Part-qualified or qualifying accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and financial skills; some analytical or bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel, databases, and Power BI.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek improvements.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop finance skills.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present to, influence, and challenge stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement and efficiency.
