About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Operations Service Manager to become an integral part of the PA Consulting-led Argenti care technology partnership. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned manager driven to think outside the box and innovate in care technology. You will be responsible for a new Argenti service, focused on improving outcomes and quality of life for vulnerable service users across all age groups.
Working Model
- Hybrid Working: A minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on client site, with variations based on role or assignment.
- Flexible Working: Autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance, guided by client needs.
- Client Site Presence: Expected to spend at least 2 days a week in our client offices in Southwest London, with some limited travel.
- Office Travel: Occasional travel to PA’s London office in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Management: Oversee operational care technology service management, including referrals, partner coordination, continuous improvement, and meeting KPIs.
- Team Leadership: Manage the service delivery team.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to privacy, security, and usability.
- Performance Reporting: Collaborate on accurate service performance reports for internal and client use.
- Operational Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, improvements, and the impact of changes.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Lead operational engagement with service user groups.
- Quality Assurance: Direct the Quality Assurance Programme to meet and exceed contractual and regulatory standards (e.g., TSA).
- Service Development: Manage assigned projects from initiation to completion, aligning with strategic objectives.
- Service Review: Lead case reviews and correspondence with service user groups.
- Team Collaboration: Support the continuous progression and development of innovative care technology approaches.
Qualifications
- Experience: Seasoned manager with proven experience in managing care technology, social care, and health services. Experience managing remote teams with diverse working styles.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire others and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion: A passion for working in Adult Social Care and supporting individuals to live better lives.
- Care Technology Understanding: Good understanding of the outcomes of care technology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to engage clients independently and produce high-quality reports.
- Organizational Skills: Strong focus on project management and attention to detail.
- Location: Located in or willing to commute to Southwest London twice a week.
- Client Understanding: Excellent understanding of social care users and their needs.
