About the Role

The interSPA Group, a leading entity in the German leisure and holiday sector, operates a diverse portfolio including leisure pools, thermal baths, SPAs, fitness clubs, indoor playgrounds, hotels, and resorts across Germany. With over 2.5 million guests annually, they are seeking an experienced Hoteldirektor (m/f/d) for their Dreiburgensee Naturhotel & SPA to reinforce their management team.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the operational and economic management of the hotel.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the entire hotel team.
• Ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and further developing service and quality standards.
• Representing the hotel to guests, partners, authorities, and regional institutions.
• Supporting the marketing, sales, and strategic positioning of the hotel.
• Creating budgets, forecasts, and regular reports for management.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry with several years of management experience in 4-star hotels (minimum 20 employees).
• Distinctive host qualities, high service orientation, and quality awareness.
• Friendly, exemplary, and dependable demeanor, with high resilience and a well-groomed appearance.
• Initiative, organizational skills, and a structured approach to work.
• Sound knowledge of pricing strategies, relevant sales channels, and revenue management tools; proficient in MS Office and common hotel systems (e.g., Protel, IDeaS, MEWS, TAC, OpenTable).
