KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Internal Communications

  • Design and execute the internal communications strategy for the company’s 900 employees, ensuring message consistency and clarity across all business units.
  • Lead communications related to the partial sale process (carve-out), including key messaging, timing, communication channels, and uncertainty management for both affected and unaffected teams.

  • Coordinate the Group’s presence in technology industry publications, business events, and professional forums.

Corporate Reputation Management

  • Monitor and manage the online and offline reputation of Leadtech Group and its brands using social listening and monitoring tools (Brandwatch, Mention, Google Alerts, or similar).
  • Design and implement the corporate reputation crisis management plan, including protocols, key messages, designated spokespersons, and response timelines.
  • Manage the company’s presence and reviews on employer branding platforms such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Indeed, responding proactively and in alignment with company values.
  • Develop executive thought leadership initiatives, positioning company leaders as industry experts through articles, speaking engagements, interviews, and event participation.
  • Coordinate with the Legal team and HR leadership on communications related to sensitive situations that may impact the company’s reputation, such as litigation, regulatory matters, or organizational changes.

Social Media Strategy

  • Lead the Group’s corporate social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) as well as the strategy for each individual brand, with a focus on employer branding and corporate reputation.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing teams of each business unit to ensure consistency between product/service communications and corporate messaging.
  • Define social media and employer branding KPIs and provide regular reporting to the HR Director and Executive Committee.

Operational Leadership Across Business Units

  • Act as a hands-on communications leader for global business unit communications, participating in leadership meetings and supporting organizational change initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the Communications team (3 team members: content and UX/design specialists), allocating projects, setting editorial and design priorities, and ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Serve as the team’s creative director, reviewing and approving content, UX deliverables, and communication materials before publication or distribution.
  • Foster collaboration between Communications, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Business Unit teams to ensure alignment between corporate and product messaging.
