About the Role

For our store in Hannover, we are looking for a Deputy Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) in full-time, starting immediately. You are a passionate leader eager to make a difference, manage a motivated team, and handle the challenges of a large fashion store.

Tasks

• Support and represent the Store Manager; jointly manage the store.
• Drive store performance and unlock its full potential.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards.

• Retail experience in large sales areas.
• Proficient in handling reports, KPIs, and benchmarks.
