About the Role

This role partners closely with the Partner Performance Operations & Systems Specialist, focusing on creating engaging digital experiences and content that are supported by robust operational systems, workflows, reporting, and infrastructure for scalable partner enablement.

What You'll Do and How You Will Make an Impact:

Creating Engaging Content & Digital Experiences

• Design and develop practical, scalable content across various formats including e-learning, video, webinars, guides, toolkits, PDFs, onboarding resources, and interactive experiences to boost confidence and activity among 70,000+ Partners.

Content Management & Quality Assurance

• Own the front-end positioning, user-testing, content organization, and continuous improvement of digital content assets on Partner-facing platforms. Ensure alignment with operational frameworks, publishing processes, and performance insights from the Operations & Systems Specialist.

Driving Partner Performance

• Build resources that empower Partners to enhance customer conversations, build momentum, and increase conversions, utilizing platforms such as:
• The Partner Portal
• Yoodli - our AI-powered conversation coach
• AskMii - our AI chatbot

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Operations & Systems Specialist, stakeholders, trainers, and operational teams to transform complex business information into simple, actionable, and high-impact digital enablement experiences.

Event & Campaign Support

• Support live Partner experiences, performance-focused sessions, launches (including a current rebrand project), and major network events throughout the year. Occasional evening or weekend travel may be required.

Required Skills and Experience

Digital Content Creation

• Proven experience in creating digital content across multiple formats, with strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Experience with Authoring Tools

• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools and digital content platforms.

Information Simplification

• Ability to translate complex, technical, or business-heavy information into simple, practical, and engaging resources.

Project Management / Prioritisation Skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace in a fast-moving environment.

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

• Comfortable working directly with a diverse range of stakeholders, Partners, Trainers, and external vendors.

Data-Driven Iteration

• Experience using operational reporting, engagement insights, learner behavior data, and user feedback to continuously optimize content effectiveness and Partner learning experiences.

Skills / Competencies

• Agility & Pace: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy.
• User-Centric Design: Focus on Partner needs to ensure content is accessible, easy to navigate, and actionable.
• Collaborative Communication: Build trust across internal teams, trainers, and speakers to align on common enablement goals.
• Tech Literacy: Quickly master new digital tools, platforms, and AI-driven technologies.
