SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d) - Junior/Senior

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to support clients with SAP HCM modules, offering opportunities for both junior and senior professionals. This hybrid role involves supporting clients remotely or from a home office, with on-site support required for client projects (up to ~20% travel).

Locations

Schwalbach, Duderstadt, Bad Sobernheim, Gmund, Dortmund, and Hamburg — Hybrid.

Tasks

• Support and manage SAP HCM modules including PA (Personnel Administration), PY-DE (Payroll for Germany), OM (Organizational Management), PKP, SAP ESS/MSS, and FITV, with a primary focus on PY-DE and PT (Time Management).
• Optimize and further develop SAP HCM application landscapes for clients, providing expert guidance within the respective modules.
• Independently take on and execute individual sub-projects or tasks after the onboarding phase.
• Provide client support remotely or from a home office; perform on-site support when needed (up to ~20% travel).

Requirements

• Experience:
• Junior Roles: 0–2 years of experience in SAP HCM modules.
• Senior Roles: At least 4 years of experience in SAP HCM modules.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong practical experience in SAP HCM, especially PA (Personnel Administration), PY-DE (Payroll Germany), and PT (Time Management), including follow-up activities, schemas, and cycles.
• Consulting competence in additional modules such as OM, PE, PKP, ESS/MSS, and FITV.
• Interest in or experience with cloud topics like SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll is a plus.
• Ideally, knowledge of ABAP development methods.
• Language: Very good German language skills are required; English skills are desirable.
• Travel: Willingness to travel nationwide up to approximately 20% to support client projects.
