Your Mission: Group Head of Information Systems & Business Applications (gn)

Take on a central leadership role overseeing our Information Systems team and building out our new Business Applications area. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, technical execution, and team development, ensuring our cloud-based IT infrastructure is robust and innovative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Information Systems team (6 people) and the new Business Applications area.
• Define and implement IT strategies in alignment with the CTO.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize our fully cloud-based IT infrastructure (Microsoft stack: Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Azure), including license management and budget.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies (ISO 27001) and data protection regulations.
• Coordinate IT projects, drive efficiency and innovation, and actively integrate AI-powered processes.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role with disciplinary management responsibility for IT teams, including recruitment and career development.
• 6+ years of experience with cloud-based Microsoft services (Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Azure, MS CRM) and managing environments with 100+ devices.
• Deep knowledge of IT security concepts (ISO 27001).
• Proven experience in contract and budget negotiations for IT.
• Strong communication skills (German C-level, English B2).
• (Nice to have) Experience with AI in an in-house IT context or managing SAP Public Cloud software.
