You are that pilot – not someone who just manages tickets, but someone who works every day to make customer communication smarter.

WAS DU WIRKLICH MACHST:

  • You are the Hub: All customer inquiries (phone, chat, email) flow through you – direct contact, no filter.
  • You Optimize Daily: Set up Voice Agents, test API integrations, refine AI prompts, run A/B tests. This isn't just a to-do list; it's your job.
  • You Think Like an Engineer: You understand APIs, Prompt Engineering, and enjoy experimenting with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude API, or whatever works best.
  • You Take Action: No fear of difficult customers. You solve problems – by phone, in writing, in person – with a system behind it.
  • You Report Upwards: Share learnings, automation potentials, and bottlenecks through weekly updates demonstrating continuous improvement.

WER DU BIST:

  • Working Student (20–26 hours/week, flexible).
  • Tech-savvy and experimental: You play with AI tools intuitively.
  • Strong Communicator: Both written and verbal, focusing on direct solutions rather than small talk.
  • Self-motivated: You don't need micromanagement; you identify problems and improve them.
  • Curious about Automation: Voice Agents, APIs, and AI workflows are not intimidating to you.
  • Hands-on: You want to build real systems, not just write tickets.

PLUS-PUNKTE:

  • Basic understanding of the bicycle industry, e-bikes, or premium retail.
  • Experience with CRM, chatbots, or customer service tools.
  • You have previously built or experimented with mini-automations.
  • Interest in entrepreneurship and growth.
