About the Role

This is a full-time position focused on sales within the software sector. Our sales approach is built on expertise and consultation. Many of our sales and customer support colleagues are trained architects or civil engineers, allowing them to deeply understand the challenges faced by our target audience. If you don't have direct industry experience, we encourage you to carefully consider if this role is the right fit for you.

In essence, your mission is to advise, sell, and ensure customer satisfaction for our California and partner solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent sales of new and existing customer accounts (primarily online, with some on-site client visits and work from our offices).
• Analysis of the work processes of our customers and prospects.
• Collaborative development of suitable solutions.
• Facilitating the sale and successful go-live of solutions for customers.

Qualifications

We do not prioritize formal degrees and encourage applications even without a perfect qualification profile.

What you should broadly bring:

• Enjoyment of consulting, process optimization, and analytical thinking.
• Goal-orientation and a self-starting work attitude.
• Willingness to travel.
• Advantageous: Studies in architecture or civil engineering, or comparable professional experience.
• Recommended: Knowledge of workflows in planning offices or construction administrations related to construction costs, and experience with AVA software.
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken); English is a plus.
