Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify AI potentials – this is your entry point into every project.
• Develop concrete use cases and strategic roadmaps together with clients in workshops.
• Accompany projects from idea to MVP – always with a view to KPIs, ROI, and compliance.
• Distill complex topics to their essence and prepare well-founded decisions for management.
• Support sales, identify upselling potentials, and actively shape new business areas.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field.
• You bring several years of experience in strategy or technology consulting – ideally with a focus on AI and data-driven transformation.
• Current AI technologies and cloud platforms are not new territory for you, but part of your toolkit.
• You develop robust business cases and present your ideas convincingly – including to C-level.
• You moderate workshops confidently, navigate the stakeholder environment with ease, and communicate fluently in German and English.

Your Work Location

We live the "Digital First" approach, meaning your place of residence is secondary. You will support our innovative customer projects nationwide and work on-site at the client's location, mobile from home, or at our headquarters in Weinheim.
