Responsibilities
- You monitor ongoing operations and perform system optimizations and problem analyses.
- You plan and implement IT projects.
- You manage database systems and monitor data records. You provide support in the user helpdesk system and document your work.
Qualifications
Your Professional Competencies
- You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (w/m/d) or can provide comparable IT training.
- You have at least three years of professional experience in the IT field.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of PC networks, client/server systems, and TCP/IP.
- Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of document management systems and mobile device management.
- You have in-depth knowledge in the area of Microsoft Exchange.
- You have very good German language skills (ideally C1 level) and can demonstrate good English language skills.
- You have successfully completed an extended security check according to the Hessian Security Screening Act (Ü2) or are willing to undergo further training.
- You possess a Class B driving license.
