For three generations, Berliner Kaffeerösterei has stood for artisanal coffee, authentic customer service, and a brand with a palpable presence. We are a growing company dedicated to the craft of coffee and are seeking a strong leader to manage two of our key locations.

The Opportunity

We are not looking for a traditional branch manager. We seek a decisive leader who is present on the floor, guides teams effectively, and makes impactful decisions without lengthy approval processes. Reporting directly to senior management, you will hold overall responsibility for our Uhlandstraße and Behrenstraße locations. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, act pragmatically, and view digital tools—including AI—as integral to your daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate as the day-to-day manager of the Uhlandstraße flagship location, maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
• Hold overall responsibility for the Behrenstraße location, overseeing the team, quality standards, and operational decisions.
• Lead, motivate, and foster the professional development of both teams.
• Deliver high-level sales and customer consultation.
• Manage cash handling, conduct inventory counts, and ensure adherence to HACCP guidelines.
• Implement promotions, events, and sales-driving initiatives.

Your Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience in retail.
• A clear, assertive personality with a genuine drive for decision-making.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on results.
• Proficiency with digital tools and an openness to utilizing AI in the workplace.
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) and a valid health certificate (§ 43 IfSG).
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
