Group Head of Information Systems & Business Applications (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

The Bikeleasing Group is a leading provider of employer benefits and mobility solutions in Germany, comprising five specialized companies. Our IT is the backbone of our operations. As the Group Head of Information Systems & Business Applications (f/m/d), you will assume a central leadership role: you will lead our existing Information Systems team, actively shape the development of the new Business Applications division, and ensure our cloud-based IT infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and future-proof. • You will take over the disciplinary leadership and development of the Information Systems team (6 people) as well as the new Business Applications division.
• You will define the strategy for both areas, align it with the CTO, and implement it together with your teams.
• You will plan, monitor, and optimize our entirely cloud-based in-house IT (Microsoft Stack: Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Azure) – including license management and budget.
• You will ensure that SLAs are met and that support runs smoothly.
• You will be responsible for compliance with our IT security guidelines according to ISO 27001, data protection, and compliance.
• You will coordinate IT projects, drive efficiency and innovation topics, and specifically introduce AI-supported processes into the in-house IT.

Your Strengths

• You have more than 3 years of experience in a leadership role with disciplinary responsibility for IT teams – you have actively shaped recruiting, onboarding, and career development.
• You bring at least 6 years of experience with cloud-based Microsoft services (Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Azure, MS CRM) including license management and operation of environments with 100+ endpoints.
• Deep knowledge of IT security concepts in the context of ISO 27001 / Information Security.
• Confident presence in contract and budget negotiations, as well as experience in establishing and managing an IT budget.
• Very good communication skills – towards the team as well as towards stakeholders; German at C-level (working language), English at least B2.
• Nice to have: Experience in the use of AI in the context of in-house IT or in the support of SAP Public Cloud software.
