📍 Important Note: Your workplace is on-site with us in Albstadt-Tailfingen (Zollernalbkreis).

You will support our clients in the region – therefore, residing in the surrounding area is a prerequisite. Fluent German language skills are required as you will speak directly with our clients daily.

💼 Flexible Scope: This position is offered in full-time or part-time (60–70%) – depending on your life situation.

Your Tasks

As part of our team, you will take on a central role in the support and further development of our clients' IT infrastructures. You won't just work with technology – you'll help shape digital work environments.

What awaits you with us:

• System Hero Wanted: You will install, configure, and manage modern client and server systems in a Microsoft environment.
• Networker with an Overview: You will handle networks, VPNs, and internet access – reliably, securely, and redundantly.
• Admin with Depth: You will manage Windows Server applications such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange Online, or SQL Server – On-Premise and in the Cloud.
• Troubleshooter & Solution Finder: You will analyze, resolve, and document issues – systematically and with a cool head.
• Consultant with Technical Expertise: You will analyze requirements, advise our clients, and contribute your know-how to offer creation.
• Support with Heart: You will support users in 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring a smooth IT day-to-day for our medium-sized clients.
• Co-Creator, Not a Follower: You will actively participate in IT projects and take responsibility for operating IT services.

Qualifications

🎯 What You Should Bring

• IT in Your Blood: Profound, pragmatic IT knowledge – whether through training (e.g., Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker:in) or as a career changer with comparable experience.
• Experience Counts: Initial professional experience in IT support is an advantage – especially with direct customer contact.
• Technical Driving License: Class B driver's license for on-site customer visits.
• On-site, Not Anywhere: You live in the region around Albstadt or are willing to relocate here – mobile working complements, but does not replace, on-site presence.
• Structured & Independent: You work independently, think proactively, and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
• Communicative & Genuine: You present yourself openly, authentically, and with a customer-oriented attitude – just like us.
• Linguistically Gifted: Fluent German skills (min. C1) are a must – you work directly with German-speaking clients daily. Solid English skills are an additional asset in the IT world.

🧠 Technical Know-How – What You Should Be Able To Do

• Windows Clients & Servers (primarily devices from bluechip and Wortmann)
• Virtualization with Hyper-V and/or Proxmox
• Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies
• Networks, Firewalls, and Backup Solutions
• Nice to have: Experience with 3CX phone systems (setup, configuration, and maintenance) including associated DECT and IP telephony infrastructures.
