About the Role
Knorex is seeking passionate MLOps Engineers to work on their in-house machine learning platform. This platform covers the entire ML lifecycle, from data collection and augmentation to model training, serving, monitoring, and analysis. You will join the R&D team, collaborating closely with Data Scientists, Research Scientists, and Software Engineers to build a highly scalable system capable of handling billions of requests per day with millisecond latency.
You will work on large-scale, low-latency ML systems, gaining a deep technical understanding of the platform. You'll collaborate with a cross-country team to learn business and technical analytics requirements and translate them into production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and develop components for the data pipeline to enable various machine learning models in production.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Research Scientists to translate state-of-the-art research into production systems.
- Develop metrics to measure the outcome and impact of introduced solutions.
- Investigate existing pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the throughput and latency of ML components.
- Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
- Communicate with business and technical teams to understand analytics requirements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Java, Python.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- At least 1 year of working experience as an ML/Data/Software Engineer or equivalent.
- Understanding of online advertising technology and RTB is a strong plus.
- Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new technologies or concepts quickly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimum supervision.
- Familiarity with using LLMs and AI coding assistants for development is a plus.
- Reasonable communication skills in written and spoken English.
