About the Role
As a Senior Pricing Strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping Spring Health’s monetization strategy. You will define how we translate product value into scalable, market-aligned pricing and packaging constructs. This high-impact individual contributor role focuses on forward-looking pricing strategy and reports to the Director of Pricing & Packaging.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine pricing and packaging frameworks for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with customer value, product roadmap evolution, and long-term margin objectives.
- Conduct rigorous financial modeling and scenario analysis to inform pricing decisions across segments, products, and go-to-market motions.
- Own competitive pricing and packaging intelligence, synthesizing market insights into clear strategic recommendations that strengthen differentiation and price positioning.
- Establish and maintain ongoing pricing reporting and structured market research processes to inform monetization decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Revenue, and Finance to inform go-to-market planning and value narratives.
- Create and enable clear internal guidance and external-facing pricing artifacts that reinforce value and differentiation and support positive commercial outcomes.

- Scalable Frameworks: Pricing structures are durable, executable in-market, and aligned with long-term product and business strategy.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of dedicated experience in pricing strategy and monetization, with management consulting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong pricing analytics foundation with advanced Excel/Sheets modeling capabilities and comfort working with financial and operational data.
- Experience collecting competitive benchmarking and conducting market research to inform pricing and packaging strategy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into straightforward value-driven narratives for Product, Finance, and Sales stakeholders.
- Comfort operating independently and cross-functionally to identify and solve key business problems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Target Base Salary Range: $165,000 - $202,400

Location
