We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team in a temporary replacement role covering an employee's sick leave. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills, work alongside experienced colleagues, and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

The Team

LanguageWire is looking to expand our team of IT-support Engineers, based in Valencia. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Business Finance & Internal IT based in Copenhagen. Together we are working towards automating and modernizing LanguageWire Internal IT.

Your Responsibilities

Provide excellent 1st & 2nd level IT Support to LW employees on:

• Hardware (Asset management & Procurement of HP & Mac etc.).
• Installation, configuration, and problem-solving on Windows PCs, Mac and O365 applications.
• End-user support and basic O365 portal administration on The Office 365 suite (incl. Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Mailbox management for end-users and shared mailboxes.
• Intune device management.
• Basic Knowledge on Administration of Windows Servers.
• Active Directory user management.

Desired Experience and Competencies

What you’ll need to bring:

• 4+ years’ experience as an IT Support Engineer / IT System Administrator or similar.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with many different colleagues.
• Proactive approach, anticipating needs and taking initiative.

This will make you stand out:

• IT Project experience (participating in or leading projects relevant to IT).
• ITIL or ITSM experience.
• General networking Knowledge or with HPe Aruba specifically.
