In this role you will…

  • Design and Maintain Co-Sell Program Infrastructure: Develop repeatable plays, partner qualification frameworks, and Salesforce pipeline configurations to manage partner-sourced and influenced opportunities. Create playbooks and documented processes to scale Solution and Technology Partnerships.
  • Design and Maintain Co-Marketing Infrastructure: Build campaign playbooks, co-branded content templates, demand generation frameworks, and partner-facing brand guidelines. Utilize AI content infrastructure for rapid material production.
  • Own the Partnerships Tech Stack Architecture: Manage the architecture of tools like Crossbeam, Suger, PartnerStack, Sana, and Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration and workflow automation. This includes program architecture, logic, and workflows.
  • Build and Own Partnerships Reporting Infrastructure: Develop dashboards for co-sell pipeline health, partner-influenced revenue, co-marketing ROI, and overall program performance. Use AI to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.
  • Own Workflow Connections: Ensure accurate data flow between Partnerships tooling and Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations stacks. Represent Partnerships in cross-functional systems and RevOps planning.
  • Act as Internal AI Practice Lead: Build and deploy AI workflows for opportunity scoring, content production, reporting automation, and partner onboarding. Integrate Partnerships' AI infrastructure with Sales and Marketing AI capabilities.

This role is for you if you…

  • Think in systems and can design the necessary infrastructure for co-sell and co-marketing motions.
  • Have built and configured partnership platforms like Crossbeam, Suger, Salesforce, and PartnerStack, understanding their interconnections and workflow automation.
  • Possess AI fluency, building documented, reusable AI workflows for program operations, content production, and reporting that colleagues can adopt.
  • Are effective across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations without formal authority, aligning stakeholders and building credibility.
  • Use data to design better programs and justify investment, building infrastructure the whole team relies on.
  • Understand commercial partnership value and can design programs that create genuine mutual incentives.

What we are looking for…

  • 6+ years in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a partnerships-specific function.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building partner programs and operational infrastructure.
  • Experience working on global partner programs, including exposure to the North American region.
  • Hands-on platform configuration experience across Crossbeam (or equivalent), Suger (or similar), Salesforce, and PartnerStack (or comparable).
  • Demonstrable AI practice with specific workflows, tools, or automations built, documented, and shared.
  • Experience across both technology partnerships and channel partnerships, or a compelling transferrable skillset.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong documentation discipline for reproducible processes and playbooks.
  • Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor, owning a complex program portfolio and setting your own agenda.
  • Ability to drive programs and decision-making activities with broad stakeholder collaboration up to an executive level.
  • Strong understanding of the MarTech, AdTech, and data analytics ecosystem relevant to Supermetrics.
