The Role: Senior Team and Delivery Leader
The Senior Team and Delivery Leader is responsible for the disciplinary and functional leadership of employees. This role involves organizing expert teams with diverse skill profiles, motivating and inspiring staff, providing feedback, initiating training, developing talent, and overseeing technical solutions (job complexity D+) while providing coaching to team members. You will assume responsibility for high-level, complex task fields, often involving special/coordination tasks, and extensive responsibility for a large operational team area with largely standardized activities. The role operates in accordance with valid legislation and the Slovak Labor Code.
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
- Act in accordance with valid legislation and the Slovak Labor Code.
- Assume responsibility for high-level, complex task fields with significant difficulty due to special/coordination tasks, and extensive responsibility for a large operational team area with largely standardized activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of team objectives and maintain high quality in project deliverables.
- Steer and coordinate the completion of tasks, and optimize the team area using key performance indicators.
- Enhance process efficiency within the team area and present work results to the next management level.
- Carry out budget planning tasks and manage critical situations, resolving escalations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead employees in staff-related and functional terms, adhering to Group leadership principles.
- Brief staff and keep them informed about general and specific matters.
- Oversee technical solutions (job complexity D+) and provide coaching to team members.
- Apply leadership tools, administratively implement staff-related processes, and participate in pre-selecting new employees.
- Organize expert teams, motivate staff, provide feedback, initiate training, develop talent, and promote high performers.
- Manage team structure, workload distribution, and operational methods.
- Cascade higher-level strategy into your own area and provide conceptual contributions to high-level strategic issues.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders at the highest business levels and manage their expectations on projects.
- Steer cost items and relevant HR and financial KPIs at the cost center level, according to defined financial plans.
- Support building a strong company brand and raising awareness.
- Understand industry standards, best practices, and methodologies, maintaining and improving technical processes or products.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable. We offer a base salary depending on seniority and experience, in addition to a variable part and other financial benefits. The base salary will not be lower than 2700 € / brutto.
