The Opportunity

Reveleer is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) passionate about customer experience to manage relationships with new and existing clients. The CSM will ensure Reveleer's solutions align with client goals and drive the timely delivery of critical work for the Prospective Risk solution. This role is vital to the Customer Success team, acting as the voice of the customer and influencing Reveleer's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, including planning, progress tracking, client meetings, and issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks, developing solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Receive, document, and triage customer-reported issues, assessing priority based on business impact and urgency.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide transparent communication to customers regarding issue status, timelines, and workarounds.
  • Track and document customer requests and recurring issues to contribute to knowledge base and process improvements.
  • Analyze customer data to identify adoption trends, risks, and growth opportunities, providing actionable insights.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and renewal discussions to foster satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices and ensuring value realization from the platform.
  • Escalate critical issues and advocate for customer needs internally, influencing product roadmap and service delivery.
  • Own and grow enterprise-level customer relationships, aligning Reveleer's solutions with client business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or customer management for a technology solution.
  • Knowledge of Risk Adjustment models and data validation requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and high performance in previous roles.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Jira, HubSpot, Gong).
  • Required healthcare experience, preferably with a provider, payer, or intermediary organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously while proactively seeking assistance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, recommend, and make decisions.
