The Customer Success Engineering team acts as technical consultants, ensuring seamless and high-standard delivery of Feedzai's product through installation, configuration, and customization. We tackle complex client challenges, making this a dynamic and impactful role for persistent engineers committed to world-class client experiences.
As a Software Engineer within the Customer Success organization, you will be crucial in installing and tailoring our Fraud Risk Scoring systems to meet client requirements, focusing on integration and performance management. You will leverage a diverse technology stack, including SQL, NoSQL databases, on-premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google), and streaming systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
