We are a fast-paced, high-growth tech company that prioritizes career progression and invests in our people through meaningful work and supportive programs.
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to define the positioning, launch strategy, and scaling of the Super.com product portfolio across our membership, fintech, earnings, and travel offerings. Reporting to the SVP of Product & Design, this role operates at the nexus of product, design, data, and growth. You will be responsible for articulating the value proposition of Super.com, transforming complex products into clear, differentiated narratives that drive adoption, engagement, and retention. This role is ideal for individuals excited by pioneering new initiatives, scaling successful products, and building a cohesive portfolio story in a dynamic environment, offering substantial ownership and visibility.
About the Team
The Product & Design organization is responsible for shaping end-to-end product experiences across our core platforms. We collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Brand, and Growth teams, operating within Mission Aligned Teams (MATs) focused on Fintech, Earnings, Travel, and our Incubation Hub. We are a data-informed team that moves swiftly, tests rigorously, and values quality from strategy and positioning down to the smallest detail of product copy. We expect Product Marketing to be a strategic partner, contributing sharp positioning, clear narratives, and a strong product-market-message fit.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Own product positioning and messaging for key Super.com offerings (e.g., membership, card, earnings, travel), ensuring clarity, differentiation, and a customer-centric approach.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, features, and experiments, collaborating with GMs, Product, Design, Data, and Growth teams to drive adoption and revenue.
- Craft and maintain a cohesive portfolio narrative that connects our products into a clear, compelling member value proposition across all surfaces and channels.
- Lead customer, competitive, and market insights initiatives to inform product strategy, positioning, pricing/packaging, and roadmap decisions.
- Partner with Lifecycle/CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure message-market fit across advertising, landing pages, in-product experiences, and lifecycle programs.
- Define success metrics for launches and campaigns, develop measurement plans, and utilize experimentation and analytics to iterate and scale successful strategies.
- Create internal enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, FAQs) to help cross-functional partners understand product launches, their significance, and effective communication strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role within consumer tech, fintech, travel, or membership/subscription products.
- Proven track record of leading successful go-to-market launches that achieved measurable business impact (e.g., activation, conversion, engagement, or revenue).
- Experience collaborating within a product trio (PM / Product Design / Engineering) and thriving in a fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environment.
- Demonstrated strength in crafting positioning and messaging, with examples of translating complex products into simple, compelling narratives across various channels.
- Proficiency with product analytics and experimentation tools to inform positioning, GTM strategy, and campaign/in-product experience iteration.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders, including GMs, Marketing, Product, and Design leaders.
- A bias for action, an ownership mindset, and comfort navigating ambiguity while bringing structure, clarity, and high quality to work.
