Data & AI Business Development Expert - Financial Services (Germany)

Accenture is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join its Data & AI team, focusing on driving business development within the Financial Services sector. This role is critical in advancing the data-driven revolution and shaping the future of artificial intelligence.

Your Mission

As an expert in Data & AI, you will leverage your vision and technical skills to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions for clients in the Financial Services industry. You will be responsible for expanding Accenture's presence in the Data & AI market, fostering partnerships, and leading initiatives in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

What You'll Do (Aufgaben)

• Growth and Development: Expand Accenture's standing in the Data & AI market through business development, developing market segment strategies, and ensuring long-term team growth.
• Partnerships and Network: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in Financial Services, including insurance, capital markets, and banking.
• Market Analysis and Potential: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and shape Accenture's product portfolio and offerings.

What We're Looking For (Qualifikation)

• Successful completion of a relevant Master's or PhD degree in fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Economics.
• Extensive experience in Data & AI business development, with in-depth knowledge of the Financial Services sector (Insurance, Capital Markets, Banking, or Wealth/Asset Management).
• Technical expertise in Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/GenAI, and Machine Learning, coupled with a solid understanding of consulting and project management/delivery.
• Willingness for project-related mobility, ability to work independently, strong communication skills in German and English, and a high degree of customer orientation.
