The Opportunity

Context: Our Customer Support team plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of Ivalua's procurement solutions post go-live. The international RUN team (EMEA, AMER, APAC) is experiencing significant growth, comprising around fifty experts dedicated to guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Role: Ivalua is seeking a Manager, RUN to develop and implement strategies that align with maintenance goals for quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Director, RUN, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners implementing the Ivalua Solution.

What You Will Do

• Plan and lead RUN stand-up meetings.
• Monitor the issue backlog and prioritize team deliverables to achieve SLA targets.
• Oversee your maintenance team's efficiency, including reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
• Communicate Ivalua's standards and best practices.
• Ensure the financial balance of your projects.
• Collaborate with other Run managers, directors, and teams to review project interdependencies.
• Conduct scheduled and un-scheduled audits to ensure adherence to Ivalua's maintenance standards.
• Support the code review process.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet maintenance goals for quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance measures.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
• Address customer concerns proactively and responsively.
• Review functional and design specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of deliverables.
• Ensure validated deliverables (maintenance releases) meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Diagnose customer problems and test product patches.
• Document product issues in the Ivalua tracking system (extranet).
• Identify potential quality issues per defined processes and escalate them immediately to management.
• Isolate, replicate, report defects, and verify defect fixes.

Your Profile

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of current/prior experience in Microsoft technologies such as C#, Asp.net, SQL Server, React.JS within a software environment, with progressive movement into leadership/management.
• Required experience in Procurement / Spend Management/ Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in audit, quality certification processes, and knowledge of IT implementation projects, ideally with procurement domain understanding.
• PMP or PRINCE 2 certification (preferred).
• Experience managing development teams in an agile environment.
• Previous experience managing outsourced projects/teams.
• Ability to communicate priorities to team members and escalate issues to management.
• Creative problem-solving skills for efficient defect troubleshooting.
• Technical understanding of software components and architectures.
• Experience working on processes, identifying issues, making recommendations, and driving process changes.
• Preferred University degree in BE/BTech or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field (or foreign equivalent). Procurement domain knowledge is an added advantage.

• Clear communicator (written and verbal), capable of writing incident forms.
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables to ensure SLA achievement.

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
