Your Role in Our Sales Team

We are looking for reliable support for our Sales team. You should be someone who works in a structured manner, values clear processes, and enjoys speaking with interested parties over the phone. Sales experience is not required – we will train you step-by-step and thoroughly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone support and prepare our prospective clients according to clearly defined conversation guides.
  • Plan, prepare, and follow up on appointments for our sales team.
  • Research and maintain contact data in our systems according to jointly established criteria.
  • Offer operational support to the sales team in daily business.

Your Qualifications

  • You work in a structured way and reliably adhere to existing procedures and processes.
  • You communicate in a friendly and clear manner – both on the phone and in writing in German.
  • You are prepared to spend the majority of your working time on the phone with prospective clients.
  • You handle performance expectations calmly and objectively.
  • A completed apprenticeship is helpful but not a prerequisite.
  • Knowledge of AI, the mid-market, or industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
