Your Role:

For our Berlin location, we are seeking a versatile individual to take on the role of Project Manager - Industry in full-time employment (40 hours/week). As a Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and the key person coordinating processes between departments to achieve goals and realize projects within the given timeframe.

• You are responsible for virtual, hybrid, and on-site projects from planning through execution.
• You ensure your international clients are satisfied by actively advising and supporting them and implementing corrective actions.
• You track and monitor project progress, including budget, schedule, and scope of individual projects.
• You undertake planning and management of interdisciplinary teams using agile and classical project management methods.
• You track and fulfill the special requests of our industry clients within our portfolio and according to the relevant feasibility analysis.
• You work closely with management and the project management team and know at all times where your teams stand.

Your Qualifications:

• You have experience in project management.
• You have experience in the trade fair and congress world, ideally in the world of medical professional congresses.
• Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Experience in client management.
• Potentially experience in up-selling and cross-selling.
• Self-organized, structured work with clear goals.
• Willingness to travel during project phases (Europe-wide).
