Your Responsibilities

Entrepreneurial Area Management:

  • Develop your assigned region autonomously, managing it as your own business.

Active New Client Acquisition:

Needs Analysis & Solution Selling:

  • Understand client challenges and requirements, and persuasively position our recruiting solutions.

Closing-Oriented Work:

Recruiting as a Sales Funnel:

  • Manage the entire process systematically: from the initial customer contact and candidate identification to successful placement.

Network Building & Market Presence:

  • Build a robust network of clients and industry contacts, fostering long-term repeat business.

Direct Approach to Top Talent:

  • Identify suitable candidates, proactively engage them on platforms like LinkedIn or XING, and convince them through personal interaction. Contribute to expanding our candidate pool with the entire team.

Your Qualifications

Communication Skills:

Sales Mindset:
