The Role

We are seeking a (Junior) Consultant with a focus on Social Media to join our team. This position is available as full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) and can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging:

• Advise and support B2B tech and industrial companies in their social media efforts.
• Manage client accounts and projects, working closely with stakeholders up to the C-level.
• Develop communication strategies, positioning, and core messages, ensuring practical implementation.
• Create compelling narratives for corporate brands and individuals (corporate influencers) suitable for relevant social networks.
• Conceive and produce content in various formats (text, image, audio) tailored to target audiences, platforms, and topics.
• Independently manage client social media accounts, including editorial planning, posting, monitoring, and community management.
• Conduct KPI-based analyses and optimize strategies for maximum business relevance.
• Brief and coordinate external service providers, such as freelancers and partner agencies.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within a communications or social media agency.
• Is passionate about B2B communication, technology, and innovation, and enjoys tackling complex subjects.
• Is active on social media platforms relevant to B2B brands.
• Thinks in terms of storytelling and large campaigns, viewing content as more than just text and incorporating various marketing communication tools.
• Is familiar with or eager to learn tools like Slack/Teams, Canva, Figma, Notion, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.
• Pragmatically uses AI tools to accelerate processes and focus on in-depth content and creative ideas.
• Enjoys working entrepreneurially in a startup environment, taking on responsibility quickly with a high standard of quality and reliability.
• Possesses a growth mindset, is self-reflective, and provides/receives feedback constructively.
• Has a confident and poised demeanor, capable of demonstrating expertise to clients who are approached as partners.
• Is fluent in German and English (C2 level).
