As a Computer Vision Engineer, you will be central to expanding Xsens' positioning and localization capabilities, evolving beyond inertial-only solutions to develop sophisticated visual-inertial systems. You will engage in research, prototyping, and deployment of algorithms for Visual-Inertial Odometry (VIO), SLAM, and 6-DoF pose estimation, integrating Xsens' IMU technology with camera-based perception.
You will be part of the Technology team, reporting to the Technology Manager, and based in Enschede, the Netherlands, with hybrid work flexibility. Xsens actively utilizes Generative AI tools to enhance development, and you are expected to embrace and explore these tools within your workflow.
