We are looking for passionate mental health professionals to join our mission and empower individuals to be at their best.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will provide short-term, solution-focused interventions to Sonder Members in a virtual setting. You will assist members with a wide range of mental health presentations, including anxiety, mood disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, workplace/university demands, interpersonal conflict, trauma, and gender identity concerns. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of Registered Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers, Registered Nurses, on-call GPs, and support coordinators, all backed by experienced governance and leadership.
This is ideally a permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week), with flexibility for part-time (minimum 4 days per week) considered for exceptional candidates. The role includes a comprehensive salary package and authorized in-house supervision.
