About the Event

Qode Quorum hosts a monthly, relaxed, conversational online sharing series for recruitment practitioners. The series focuses on day-to-day experiences with AI tools in recruitment: what's effective, what's not, and how to remain proactive in a dynamic landscape. Speakers are encouraged to share honest, practical perspectives from their own experience, rather than requiring deep AI expertise.

Each 60-minute session typically includes a 45-minute main sharing segment followed by a 15-minute Q&A. Speakers are allocated approximately 10 minutes for their core insights and storytelling. Events are streamed live across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking Senior Recruiters, Recruitment Leads, or Talent Acquisition (TA) Managers based anywhere in the APAC region who have hands-on experience using AI tools in their recruitment process and possess a compelling story to share. Speaker slots are unlimited for this ongoing monthly event series.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A role in recruitment, talent acquisition, headhunting, or HR within any APAC-based company.
• Personal experience utilizing AI tools for sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, or communication.
• Comfort in sharing both successful and unsuccessful AI tool applications in a casual, conversational setting.
• A desire to enhance their personal brand and reach a wider professional audience across APAC.

Upon confirmation of speaking engagement:
