Your Mission

As an Expert for Dutch & Belgian Comics, you will curate engaging, high-quality comic auctions for the Dutch and Belgian markets. You'll combine your passion for comics with commercial awareness and a strong eye for quality to create auctions that excite collectors. Working closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams, you will develop your expertise while ensuring a fair and transparent experience for sellers and buyers.

What You'll Do

• Assess and evaluate submitted comic book lots for quality and relevance.
• Create engaging lot listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and value estimates.
• Curate auctions to attract bidders and achieve strong performance.
• Maintain fairness and transparency in accepting or rejecting submissions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to expand and diversify auction selections.
• Continuously build expertise in the Dutch & Belgian comics market.

What You'll Bring

• Passion for Dutch & Belgian comics and the collector market.
• Good foundational knowledge of comics, collectibles, or comic culture.
• Commercial mindset, with experience in sales, retail, e-commerce, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent team spirit and cooperative mentality.
• Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English.

This is a remote role, open to candidates in supported European territories who possess an excellent command of Dutch.

Our Offices and Way of Working

Our offices in Amsterdam, Paris, and Lisbon are designed for collaboration. Most roles operate on a hybrid setup, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless the role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.
