Your Responsibilities
- Engage in exciting projects for well-known banks.
- Advise and support our clients in agile IT projects.
- Analyze business processes, identify optimization potential, and develop innovative solutions.
- Conceptualize customer applications (User Stories), plan, and execute projects.
- Integrate into client project teams: Project location Frankfurt am Main, 2 days per week on-site with the client, otherwise remote.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of professional and project experience in IT projects for banks, asset managers, or fintechs.
- Very good knowledge of securities offerings and processes.
- Excellent methodological knowledge, with a focus on agile development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills ā able to engage effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
- Team player, customer-oriented, and willing to actively contribute to the company's development, not just projects.
- Very good German (minimum C1 level) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
