About the Team
Join our Global Customer Service team, where we deliver exceptional Order Entry, Inside Sales, and Administration activities. We serve as a primary pre- and after-sales customer contact point, ensuring fast and effective exchange of commercial information between Field Sales, Distributors, Supply Chain/Logistics, and other departments to exceed customer expectations.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide phone, email, and web support to Field Sales, Service, Distributors, Dealers, and Customers. Your responsibilities will include providing information on lead times, order status, return authorizations, material shipments, and expediting, while also tracking and managing internal and external customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing allocated key accounts and regions, and providing backup for other regions.
- Interfacing with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate material shipments to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinating service/goods inwards to manage the return of material for repair and/or restock.
- Effectively entering customer data, agreements, return authorizations, training registrations, sales orders, and invoices, adhering to departmental service goals and objectives.
- Entering and maintaining Customer Master Data, including executing relevant security checks.
Who You Are
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
- You are a strong team player and fluent in both German and English.
- You possess good knowledge of MS Office applications and, preferably, SAP.
- You have previous experience working with customers.
