π― The Role: IT System Administrator (m/f/d)
As an IT System Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for our colleagues regarding technical questions. Your core mission is to ensure our internal IT infrastructure runs reliably, securely, and user-friendly. You will work hands-on, adopt a solution-oriented approach, and enjoy keeping systems stable while continuously improving them.
ποΈ Key Responsibilities
IT-Desktop Support:
- Process user requests for hardware (Windows & Mac) and standard software.
- Analyze, resolve, and document daily operational issues.
Software Management:
- Manage, install, and maintain provided software programs.
- Support software licensing and standardization efforts.
Network Management (W-LAN):
- Operate, monitor, and develop the office Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Assist with network-related troubleshooting.
User Management:
- Create, modify, and delete user accounts and permissions in:
- Microsoft Azure / Entra ID
- Microsoft 365
- Confluence, Jira
- LDAP
- Support role and permission concepts.
Cloud Backup Management:
- Oversee and monitor cloud backups for Microsoft 365.
Security Management:
- Administer and operate Microsoft Defender.
- Assess and track security and login risks within the Microsoft environment.
- Contribute to the development of IT security standards and processes.
π Qualifications
- Completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker:in fΓΌr Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience in IT support and system administration.
- Experience administering macOS/Apple devices.
- Basic knowledge of network and WLAN administration.
- Experience with user and permission management (e.g., LDAP, cloud tools).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including:
- App packaging and rollout.
- Policy creation and management.
- Good English language skills.
- Service- and solution-oriented work ethic.
- Structured, reliable, and meticulous approach.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
